Fundraising

Greenville Elementary PTO relies primarily on donations through our annual Fall Fundraiser to fund the programs, events and services we provide to our school. In addition, we participate in a number of “Easy Fundraisers” and “Family FUNdraisers” throughout the year.

Fall Fundraiser

This is our primary fundraiser.

We request that each student send in labels to be used for a direct campaign to request donations for our school.

This type of fundraiser allows 100% of all profits to be used for our school and keeps our students from having to go door to door to sell and deliver goods. Families, friends, and local businesses can support our school with their donations.

Easy Fundraisers

Box Tops

If you see this label, use the Box Tops app to scan your receipt.
If you shop online you can submit your digital receipt too!

Box Tops is designed to fit the way families shop. The new and improved Box Tops mobile app uses state-of-the-art technology to scan your store receipt, find participating products and instantly add Box Tops to our school’s earnings online. Box Tops are worth 10¢ each for our school.

Restaurant Spirit Days

We are fortunate to have several local and chain restaurants that hold Spirit Days for our school. During these events you notify your server or carry out attendant that you are with Greenville Elementary or turn in your flyer to show your participation. Restaurants then donate a percentage of ;your sale to our school.

Dates for Spirit Days will be sent home from school, shared on PTO social media.

Book Fairs

Greenville PTO works with Scholastic books and Usborne Books and More for our Book Fairs.
Proceeds from Scholastic books help fund the Scholastic News program/Bookflix.
Proceeds from Usborne go directly to purchasing new books for our library.
Dates for Book Fairs will be sent home from school, shared on PTO social media.

Family FUNdraisers

Throughout the school year we may have additional fundraisers that become available such as flower sales during Christmas and Spring. Local food trucks come to events and the PTO earns a percentage of their sales.
